An exceptional honey-processed coffee from the indigenous reservation of Aponte in Nariño, Colombia.
Around 200 small-scale producers work here, having specialized in high-quality specialty coffee production in recent years – many of them true pioneers of honey processing in the region.
The conditions could hardly be better: an altitude of 1700–1800 m, cool temperatures, and very slow drying due to the stable climate. This is precisely what ensures the clear structure and delicate complexity in the cup.
