Sidamo Acacia is named after Ethiopia's national tree, the acacia. Sidamo is probably the most well-known coffee-growing region in southern Ethiopia. Several small producers are represented in this lot. The coffee derives its quality from strict harvesting. All small producers represented in this lot commit to harvesting only ripe cherries in harvest cycles of 8-10 days.
harvest. During the tasting, the Acacia surprised us so much with its floral bouquet and effervescence that we decided to offer this coffee not only as a blend component, but also as a single-origin coffee. Its light body gives this coffee a mild, fresh cup profile.
