Gran Galope is a traditional Colombian regional coffee that is developed, grown, and processed by a community of coffee farmers as part of a project called "Manos Juntas."
The main task there is to improve the quality of Colombian coffee and to carefully select each batch to guarantee the quality of the coffee, the regions and the companies involved in this initiative.
Since Colombia has different regions and coffee varieties, the flavor possibilities are endless, but the idea is to present a traditional Colombian cup with plenty of sweetness and balanced acidity. Undoubtedly a great representation of Colombian coffee.
