Best coffee through optimal brewing temperature and even extraction
The Moccamaster coffee maker is designed so that the heating element maintains a constant brewing temperature of approximately 96°C. This temperature is ideal for brewing the perfect coffee without any sour or bitter taste. The water is piped through a 9-hole water channel, which distributes it evenly over the coffee grounds below, ensuring a consistent extraction. A heating plate is located under the coffee pot to keep the coffee at the optimal temperature.
