How to Iced Latte - Easily prepare this summer drink yourself

On hot summer days, there's hardly anything more refreshing than an ice-cold iced latte. Can you hear the swirling of the ice cubes in the cool glass, or can you already taste the creamy texture of the iced drink? This delicious coffee treat combines the robust flavor of espresso with the creaminess of (alternative) milk. It's also incredibly easy to make at home.
All you need for one glass (300ml) are the following ingredients:
- ice cubes
- 200 ml whole milk or a milk alternative of your choice
- 1 espresso (approx. 20ml)
And here's how it works:
The first step is to prepare the espresso. Use freshly roasted coffee, preferably according to your taste—whether you prefer fruity or nutty-chocolaty nuances. Don't worry: If you don't have an espresso machine at home, simply use a stovetop pot to brew your espresso.
Grab your glass and fill it with two or three ice cubes. Add 200ml of cold milk or the milk alternative of your choice. Now just pour over the hot espresso, prepare your straw, stir, and enjoy the summer.
A little tip: If the iced latte is too flat for you, simply add a double espresso instead of a single espresso.
