Prices are rising. For green coffee, energy, packaging – and we feel it just as much as you do. We know that coffee is a daily companion for many of you. And we want to keep it that way – without you having to compromise on quality or price.

That's why we've developed a subscription model that takes the pressure off you: with fair terms, full flexibility, and a lasting, noticeable price advantage.

10% discount – every month

Anyone who chooses our subscription receives a 10% discount on every monthly delivery – automatically and permanently. No promotional codes, no minimum term.

This applies to the following varieties/blends:

  • Serra Negra ( Espresso or Filter ) – chocolatey, nutty, balanced
  • Milky Way – soft, creamy, ideal for milk drinks
  • Dark Side – strong, fruity, dark roasted
  • Dreamteam ( Espresso or Filter ) – our all-rounder - Brazil meets Ethiopia

How the subscription works

  1. Select your favorite coffee on the product page – one of the four above
  2. Specify the quantity – 250g, 500g or 1000g and of course the number of packs you want
  3. Select delivery interval – currently monthly and weekly
  4. Order – and from then on we will deliver automatically on the due date of your order

So: Select your coffee as usual on the product page, decide on the quantity and delivery interval – and your subscription is set up.

The subscription can be canceled or paused at any time . You have complete flexibility.

We're implementing a new version of our customer accounts. The new accounts are simpler, more secure, and significantly more user-friendly: You sign up with your email address and receive a one-time confirmation link, eliminating the need for password management. This makes accessing orders, and especially our coffee subscriptions, simpler, more transparent, and more reliable. This way, you can keep track of your deliveries, payments, and subscriptions at any time and even manage your subscription through them.

Before each delivery, you'll receive a short reminder email so you can stay on top of your order at all times. Payment is made automatically using your chosen method (e.g., credit card). If a payment fails, your subscription will be automatically canceled—without notice or obligation.

As with all online orders, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, since coffee is a freshly roasted product that quickly loses its aroma, the right of withdrawal may be limited in individual cases. You can find more information in our cancellation policy. By subscribing, you accept our terms and conditions, privacy policy, and cancellation policy.

During the ordering process, it is of course clearly stated that this is a monthly subscription with payment obligations.

Frequently asked questions about the Kaffeekirsche subscription

Which payment methods are possible?
The payment is made via Shopify Payments – depending on your region, credit card payments or PayPal are available. Advance payments, Klarna, or purchase on account are not possible.

How often is delivery made?
The subscription runs on a monthly delivery schedule. The shipping date is based on the day the order was placed, so your coffee always arrives at the same frequency. First delivery: within 2-4 days of ordering. Subsequent deliveries: always on the same date each month.

Are shipping costs included in the price?
Delivery costs are not included in the price. Current shipping costs can be found during the ordering process.

Can I change my subscription (e.g. type, quantity or interval)?
Currently, existing subscriptions cannot be directly adjusted for technical reasons. If you would like to make changes to your subscription (e.g., a different variety, package size, or delivery interval), you must cancel your current subscription and then sign up for a new one. Canceling and rebooking is possible at any time and only takes a few minutes. Of course, your benefit remains: You will also receive a permanent 10% discount on your new subscription.

How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time – easily and with no minimum term – via your customer account.

Price changes in subscriptions
Since green coffee prices and other costs can fluctuate, the subscription price adjusts accordingly. Your 10% discount always applies to the current price – there is no fixed price guarantee. This keeps the subscription fair and transparent.

Email notifications
Before each delivery, subscribers receive a short reminder email so they can stay on top of their delivery at all times.
